I am so excited to launch my new company, The Happy Recovery Shop which sells comfortable, bright pink hoodies and sweats!

My first collection is called the Body Love Club, featuring a hoodie and sweatpants. The set is super soft and highlights the belief that your worth is greater than your weight….eating disorder recovery is uncomfortable, so I wanted to make clothing that felt like the exact opposite-comfortable, happy, body-positive clothing.

In the future, I will be adding other products to empower eating disorder recovery, promote body acceptance + increase awareness about mental health. Everyone has a unique struggle during their lifetime and each of us deserves kindness and compassion.

Merrit Elizabeth Stahle

Merrit Elizabeth Stahle is an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach certified by The Carolyn Costin Institute. She holds a master’s degree in Health Promotion Management and a certification in Applied Neuroscience. With many years of experience, she has worked with hundreds of clients, parents, and treatment team members to support lasting recovery. Fully recovered herself, she combines professional training with lived experience to help women rebuild trust, confidence, and freedom around food and body.
