I will assist you in honoring your emotions  while emphasizing accountability and implementing healthy living modifications for recovery. I focus on strengths and never dwell on perceived weaknesses. I will develop specific strategies alongside your team which will assist you in managing triggers and regulating your nervous system. I will educate you on why we nourish the gut, brain, and body. I do not prescribe meal plans, but I do provide compassionate meal support. I am an adjunct member of the medical treatment team. I do not make medical diagnoses or prescribe medications.

I focus on the awareness and acceptance of the here and now. I do not psychoanalyze the past.

Implementing a holistic coaching plan, I combine science-based techniques to assist you in reconnecting your mind with your body’s natural cues, shifting your mindset, and understanding the 
connection between the mind, body, and soul. The key to building new habits and changing the brain is your belief.

My coaching is based on the science of neuroplasticity and the power of mindfulness. 

They are rooted in genetic predisposition, triggered by internal or external environmental stressors, and fueled by a cascade of negative health issues. Positive or negative thoughts and emotions reinforce neural pathways in your brain. Only you have the power to alter these connections. Together we can retrain your thinking and rewire your brain.
