Raising your subconscious awareness focuses on turning off your default network for negative thoughts, recognizing triggers for negative behaviors, and relearning the body’s signals for hunger, thirst, rest, movement, & emotional regulation. Awareness

Conscious change requires a shift in mindset from survival of the eating disorder to the freedom of recovery. You will develop your “why’s” for recovery and begin building the environment that allows you to manifest healing. Visualization of life in recovery should be practiced regularly.

02/ 03

Mindset

Your brain, body, and soul depend on nutrients for healing. I can educate and empower you to understand the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and spiritual health.
